Austin Bat Cave, a nonprofit organization that provides children and teenagers with opportunities to develop their writing skills, has a new home! Eyeglass company Warby Parker announced recently that their new space at 1317 S. Congress Ave. includes room for Austin Bat Cave offices and programming.

Austin Bat Cave is already using the space for offices and expects to begin tutoring up to 15 students at a time beginning this fall.

“Austin is one of a kind, and our experience here so far has been incredible,” says Warby Parker co-founder and co-CEO Dave Gilboa. “We’re so glad to finally open a permanent store here, and one that allows us to support the work of an organization as admirable as Austin Bat Cave.”
